Biographies of Circus Performers:
Cyd Sailor is a French pole dancer. She started ballet as a little girl, and fell in love with pole dancing a few years ago. She took part in Polesque in October 2010, and is very excited to be now a part of the PoleOgraphy show!
JillAnne has been featured on national TV, radio, in print and mentioned by Leno for combining her talent of greeting card designing and pole dancing.
Ariel is a personal trainer and aerialist from New York City. She has a penchant for strength and a desire to defy gravity.
Carolyn Chiu is the heart of PoleOgraphy. She actively competed pole in 2010 and earn Hong Kong Pole Fitness Champion 2010. She continues to spread the art of pole dancers through photography, shows, and teaching pole fitness classes. She is available for Yoga Pole series, pole dance photography sessions, and philantropic events.
The Luvey Rae- is a burlesque performer, producer, and dance educator. Productions include: The Luvely Rae’s One Night Stand (bi monthly burlesque show), Spice! a variety show (a monthly variety show), and Are you hooked? ( a talent show). She is a long time supporter of pole art and is thrilled to be making her pole debut at Poleography. She is very new to pole and is eternally grateful for all the support that her colleagues, in tonight’s performance, have given her.
Niki James Presto dedicates her life full time to the arts. She previously was a competitive gymnast and coach. Although her heart will always be in gymnastics, pole dancing is just another form! As a fashion designer and illustrator, she maximizes her talent by creating hand made, one-of-a-kind costumes.
LuLu was born and raised in Trenton NJ. She received her Ph.D. in geochemistry from Rutgers University and worked at Boston University for 4 years before returning to NJ in 2007 to work at Columbia University. While looking for a gym in North Jersey, she came across a small gym that offered pole dancing. From the first class she was hooked and has been pole dancing ever since. She is available for New Jersey bachelorette parties.
Sharon was born in England. She started pole dancing for fitness and also form of stress relief but, it became a healthy addition.
